We hope that you love your order as much as we do! However, if you decide you would like to return your item(s) or it arrives and is damaged or faulty please follow the steps below:

RETURN
POLICY
1) Within 14 days of receiving your order, please contact us by email at help@indulgeboutique.co.uk advising us of the item(s) you wish to return and the reason for them being returned. If your item is damaged or faulty please include images within your email.
2) The items along with the returns form should be securely packaged and returned within 14 days of receipt of your order. Postage will only be refunded for faulty items or if we have shipped the incorrect items.

Please look after your unwanted Items once you have decided to return them - even if they are faulty. They must be returned undamaged. You must take reasonable care of the products that you wish to cancel and not use them. It is the customers responsibility to return items to us in secure and suitable packaging. We will be unable to process your return if unwanted items are returned to us damaged.

UNWANTED ITEMS
Unfortunately we will not refund shipping costs for unwanted items. You are responsible for the cost of returning these items. We recommend using a tracked or recorded returns service as we are not responsible for lost parcels.
Once we have received the returned item(s) we will process your refund minus the original postage costs.
FAULTY/DAMAGED ITEMS/INCORRECT ITEMS SHIPPED
If you receive a faulty or damaged item(s) we will send out a replacement to you as soon as possible. In some cases we may need you to return the damaged item to us. Once we are in receipt of the faulty/damaged item we shall process your exchange/ refund along with the postage fees you have incurred for returning the item(s).
